1. Please email us at contact@drywallzone.com or call us at (888) 7Drywall - 888.737.9925 and request a return merchandise code (RMC) for orders over 500.00 usd.Under 500.00 usd please just return after email.Please include an explanation why your product needs to be returned.
   
   
2. Return product to Drywall Zone Inc 2491 Alluvial #12 Clovis CA 93611. If you do not have the customer order form we will need the following: name, order number, address, (RMC) and contact information attached to the box. Returns should be unopened or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a  refund or store credit.
   
   
3. After receiving and processing your return you may be contacted with details. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned. In order to be eligible for a refund or store credit, product must have been originally purchased from drywallzone.com-tapetechtools.com.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on Taping tools, and 20% on all other tools. If we cancel this does not apply, Fees to merchants have already been paid out like Paypal Visa Mastercard merchants and Fedex, USPS ect and open box discount to other customers and or restocking fee all come out of 20-25%.
